Whats included ?
- 2 weeks prior to event, planner will check all arrangements with suppliers booked by Bride and Groom and trouble shoot any potential problems
- Arrangement of pre and post wedding events
The day of the event
Complete coordination of event to include:
- Decoration and set up of event
- Venue check
- Management of timings
- Care of suppliers including payments
- Care of guests
Nb: we will be on call during the wedding until the last guest has left the event, we will also assume responsibility of making sure the venue is returned to pre event standard assuming there is no irreparable damage.
After event care
