Wedding planner

  • ¿Por qué necesito una wedding planner?

    Tener una wedding planner es una muy buena herramienta y una gran idea, especialmente cuando quieres planificar una boda desde el extranjero. Una wedding planner tiene todos los conocimientos necesarios en el área local y los mejores proveedores que pueden ayudarte a encontrar las mejores localizaciones para el día de tu boda.

  • ¿Con cuánto tiempo de antelación tengo que reservar los servicios de una wedding planner?

    Es recomendable reservar los servicios de una wedding planner con un año de antelación (siempre que sea posible) para así, garantizar la disponibilidad para la fecha elegida para el día de la boda.

  • ¿Cuánta gente habrá en el equipo el día de la boda?

    Esto dependerá del tamaño de la boda. Por ejemplo, normalmente para bodas con más de 50 personas, habrá un mínimo de 2 wedding planners.

  • ¿Qué disponibilidad tiene mi wedding planner el día de mi boda?

    Es mejor organizarlo con tu wedding planner a la hora de reservar. Sin embargo, normalmente te acompañan durante al menos 8 horas.

  • ¿Cuál es la mejor manera para comunicarme con my planner en el periodo previo a la boda?

    ¡La comunicación es clave! Para nosotras, estaremos más que encantadas de comunicarnos contigo a través de e-mail y/o WhatsApp.

  • ¿Tendremos la posibilidad de hacer un ensayo?

    ¡Sí! Nos gusta siempre hacer un ensayo general uno o dos días antes de la boda.

  • ¿Qué pasaría si nos pusiéramos enfermos el día de la boda?

    El día de tu boda estará completamente organizado y nosotras formamos parte del equipo. Así que siempre habrá alguien que pueda intervenir y coordinar el día si fuera necesario.

  • ¿Organizas más de una boda en el mismo día?

    Nunca asignamos más de una boda en el mismo día a la misma planner.

Localización, servicios y proveedores

  • ¿Qué tipo de presupuesto necesito para celebrar una boda en Ibiza?

    El presupuesto de una boda dependerá siempre de la época del año, del estilo de la localización y del número de invitados. Un presupuesto normal para una boda en Ibiza empieza con unos 20.000€ aproximadamente.

  • ¿Con cuánta antelación debería reservar el lugar?

    Partiendo de la base de que Ibiza trabaja mucho más en un periodo de 6 meses (meses de verano) es recomendable reservar el lugar de la celebración con una antelación de 12-18 meses.

  • ¿Está permitido celebrar una boda en la playa?

    Las playas están consideradas espacios públicos en España y, por lo tanto, las ceremonias también. No está permitido celebrar bodas en la playa si es una molestia para los espacios públicos.

  • ¿Qué regulaciones hay en Ibiza?

    El sonido en exteriores está permitido únicamente hasta las 0:00h. Después de medianoche hay que mover la ceremonia a un lugar interior.

  • ¿Puedo celebrar mi boda en una villa privada?

    ¡Sí! Si los propietarios de la villa están de acuerdo y las licencias están en orden, te proporcionaremos un listado de villas de nuestra base de datos idílicos para el día de tu boda.

  • ¿Nos puedes recomendar proveedores y servicios?

    Claro que sí. Tenemos una gran lista de proveedores de confianza de casi todo lo que puedas imaginar…

  • ¿Podemos traer nuestros propios servicios y proveedores?

    Claro que sí. Puedes traer tus propios servicios y proveedores siempre y cuando estemos completamente informados con antelación, así podremos comunicarnos con ellos antes del día de la boda.

  • ¿Está permitido utilizar fuegos artificiales para el día de nuestra boda?

    El uso de fuegos artificiales o cualquier otro objeto con llamas está estrictamente prohibido en Ibiza, a no ser que haya una licencia solicitada y aplicada, debido al alto riesgo de incendios forestales.

Algunas condiciones legales

  • ¿Podemos casarnos legalmente en Ibiza?

    Para estar casados oficialmente en Ibiza existen dos maneras:

    1 - Ambas partes son católicas y deben estar coordinados y organizados con el cura y el cura de la isla de Ibiza.

    2 - Existe una nacionalidad española residente desde hace al menos 3 años en el lugar en el que te gustaría contraer matrimonio.

  • Para una ceremonia no legal, ¿qué documentación necesitamos?

    Para que una iglesia autorice de manera oficial la ceremonia, ya debe estar casado en su país de origen y debe traer toda la documentación necesaria.

    Para una autorización no válida por parte de la iglesia, no necesita ninguna documentación y puede elegir celebrar la ceremonia oficial en su país de origen antes o después de la boda aquí.

Cookies policy ES

1.APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

Article 22.2 of Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce[Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico, LSSI-CE](hereinafter referred to as the LSSI-CE) stipulates that:

In circumstances where it is technically possible and effective to do so, users shall be able to provide their consent to data processing by means of the correct browser parameters or applications, provided that users are able to configure the settings upon installation or update with a specific action to that effect.

The foregoing shall not prevent potential technical storage or access for the sole purpose of transmitting communication via an electronic communications network or where such storage or access is strictly necessary for the provision of an information society service that has been expressly requested by the user.

According to the "Guide on the use of cookies" published by the Spanish Data Protection Authority (hereinafter referred to as the AEPD) in 2013, the LSSI-CE applies to any file or device that is downloaded on to the user's terminal equipment with the purpose of storing information that can be updated and recovered by the organisation responsible for its installation. A cookie is an example of these commonly used files and, as such, we will refer to these files as cookies hereinafter.

Cookies used for any of the following purposes are exempt from the provisions laid down in Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE:

-          Only to allow communication between the user's equipment and the network.

-          Strictly to provide a service expressly requested by the user.

2. TYPES AND PURPOSES OF COOKIES

A cookie is a file that is downloaded on to your computer when accessing certain websites. Cookies enable the website to, among other things, store and recover information about a user's browsing habits or equipment, and can be used to recognise the user, depending on the information contained and how these cookies use your computer.

According to the "Guide on the use of cookies" published by the AEPD, depending on the purposes for which the information is obtained using cookies, we can classify the different types of cookies as follows:

-          Technical cookies: These allow the user to browse through a website, platform or application, and benefit from different options or services resulting from these, such as controlling the traffic and communication of information, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering all items in a request, carrying out a purchasing process request, carrying out an event registration or participation request, enabling security features when browsing, storing content for video or audio distribution or sharing content on social networks.

-          Customisation cookies: These allow the user to access the service with some general pre-defined features in accordance with some terminal criteria such as language, type of browser used to access the service, regional configuration with information about where the service is accessed from, etc.

-          Analytical cookies: These allow the party responsible to track and analyse the user's behaviour on the websites linked to them. The information gathered by these cookies is used to measure activity on websites, applications or platforms and to create user browsing profiles on those websites, applications and platforms, with the aim of improving the analysis of data used by users.

-          Advertising cookies: These allow, in the most effective way possible, the management of all advertising sections that the editor may have included on a website, application or platform used to provide the requested service in accordance with criteria such as edited content or frequency of the adverts displayed.

-          Behavioural advertising cookies: These allow, in the most effective way possible, the management of all advertising sections that the editor may have included on a website, application or platform used to provide the requested service. These cookies store information about the user's behaviour obtained by analysing browsing habits in order to tailor a specific profile to show relevant adverts.
