Complete revision and contact of all suppliers booked from client list , 2 weeks before event and flagging of potential logistical problems.

• 8 hours co ordination on the wedding day .. timings to be agreed with the client
• Managing arrival and departure of all suppliers
• Overseeing wedding set up and decoration
• Managing timelines
• Co ordinating Arrivals and event start times with guests and wedding party
• Managing guest movement through out the day
• Co ordinating with venue meal timings ,set up and speeches
• Trouble shooting throughout the event
• Managing finish times and transport (providing this occurs within the 8 hours contracted)
